WORKMINDZ · LEGAL

Terms of use

Website concept · Last updated October 2026

These terms are written for a local website prototype and are not a reviewed commercial agreement.

Use of this website

You may use this site to explore the Workmindz product concept and its illustrative workflow demonstration. The site does not provide a live operational automation service.

Demo limitations

The workflow playground uses examples in your browser. It does not connect to an AI model, assign work, message staff, change business records, or take action in an external system. Product descriptions show intended capabilities and are not a guarantee that those features are available.

AI and operational decisions

Any recommendations shown are illustrative. A production service should provide appropriate human review, access controls, safeguards, and documentation. Users should evaluate outputs and remain responsible for decisions made in their operations.

Availability and third-party links

This local prototype is provided for demonstration. It may depend on your device, browser, and network connection. External resources or links may be unavailable or change.

Updates and production terms

These terms may be updated as the concept changes. Before public launch or commercial use, the operator should replace this page with terms reviewed for the actual service and applicable jurisdiction.

Contact

Visit the Contact page to prepare an enquiry. The form prepares an email addressed to hello@workmindz.online.

For production use, obtain legal review and align the terms with actual product functionality, subscriptions, support, privacy, and liability practices.
